Focus-Gambia: Photographic Workshops in The Gambia

The package deals are keenly price and are often lower than the brochure price. They are based on Bed and Breakfast, with twin occupancy, in a suite at the Ngala Lodge Hotel. Workshop days include the evening meal served at the Ngala Restaurant - these social evenings extend the photographic days with appraisals and helpful advice from your tutor. They also give non-photographic partners the chance to meet up and join in the fun!

Non-photographers and/or non-photographic partners can travel at the basic rate shown. Please add the figure if you wish to include the 3 evening meals to coincide with the workshop days. Evening Meals costs £16.00 up to and including October 2008 and £19.50 per person per night thereafter. The restuarant at the Ngala has the reputation of being the best restaurant in The Gambia and these prices offer excellent value for money.

SPECIAL OFFERS up to and during October 2008 we are offering amazing reductions! For the single traveller we have secured a discount on the single room supplement from £49 person per night to £25 pppn and everyone benefits from no surcharges!

After this date any supplements, fuel and hotel surcharges etc are chargeable as per the November 2008 - October 2009 Gambia Experience brochure.

During the winter months (November 2008 to April 2009) flights are available on Tuesdays and Fridays from Gatwick, Manchester, Bristol and East Midlands; Glasgow flights operate on a Tuesday via the East Midlands. Please complete the web-survey form, which will allow the Photographer to make any adjustment to his/her workshop based on individual needs and competency. Once the form and cheque have been received we will contact you by email or in writing to confirm your booking.

This website is updated on a regular basis and if a workshop is fully booked it will be usually be indicated.

Please note we need a minimum of 6 participants to run our photographic workshops (at the prices shown) therefore focus-gambia reserves the right to cancel if minimum numbers are not attained. We regret we cannot guarantee that places will always be available, and if a booking is made for a workshop that has already sold out, or we do not secure the numbers; your cheque will be returned in full immediately.
